Just look at the Feb. 20 PR headline:

STWA AOT Midstream Oil Pipeline
Efficiency System (being) Readied for North
American Installations

They're clearly shipping this latest version of AOT to "North American" customer(s). Who cares about China? We've got a contract with a good old American or Canadian pipeline operator.

BTW, recall Obama's latest golf outing with Tiger Woods last weekend? Well, I learned via media reports that the reason Obama didn't allow the media onto the golf course that weekend to take pics was because of who was playing with them. Yes, you guessed it! The Keystone Excel Pipeline management/sales team was lobbying Obama for his approval while playing golf with him.

Interesting chain of circumstances, YES? Guys/Gals, we're in for a FANTASTIC uphill run very soon!
