I was told the main reasons for using China first were;
1. The mandate to reduce emissions by 2015 made China extremely motivated to move very quickly.
2.) The most important reason for using China first was, some countries are reluctant to trust a device made in the USA and tested by the US government.
Russia for example is much more receptive to US technology tested by a Communist country that received it's seal of approval.
3. I was told over a year ago that no one wanted to be first. The first contract will open the door for other contracts & by the third contract clients will be busting the door down standing in line.

At the shareholder meeting last October, State Senator Zinke reinforced that prediction by stating "So far selling the AOT isn't a problem, being able to make the AOT fast enough is the biggest problem STWA is now facing".

Zinke said that 5 months ago so remembering his statement along with Thursday's PR indicating its getting ready to ship, well,...that's plenty good enough to keep me excited. :-)
