Ooof that was a lot to read. I'll give you that the rumors about news coming has caused buying pressure and a lil upward movement in the PPS, but basically what you're saying is speculation and hey I'll say that what I'm stating is also speculation. It's all just opinions.
Now what I'd like to believe is that recent communications with the CEO through a couple of long term shareholders and I see that you've been here just as long as many of us, but back to my point, recent communications should prove that something big is coming. My latest guess I would like to say is mid march. Reason being is that is when the share moratorium ends and I have a keen belief Ben brought that into play to make sure he could do good for his company and bring it back to a nickel+.
The CE being late, I'm actually not surprised it was late. IMO he purposely didn't file them until he signs and finalizes this upcoming deal so that the fins will look better.
The debt to ez, has already been dismissed. 6 employees from EZ were sentenced to incarceration for security fraud and the company was disbanded.
Now another thing I'll give you is that yes the PPS may drop back down if ppl feel they were let down when news doesn't come out this week or next week, which is why many of us longs here have stated don't get your hopes up just yet. Like I said before too, testing has to finished and then a deal must be finalized. But the way you come out saying it makes it sound like you're trashing it. Let the buying keep coming in. Why scare people with a lot of nonsense. The float is low and let it rise bc when that news does come the ride up will just be even sweeter. Better to have the news drop while we're already in pennyland than have to break the psychological barrier of .01 from the .004-5 region.
I will also agree with you, don't sell under .05! 10 even 20 to 1 is possible here.
