.002 too low! financials - same old bad news

i dont think .002 is the most reasonable valuation. i sure hope not! i dont think i said that. if i did, it was a mistake. i said the market valued it at .002 and not much has changed but the rumors, and i stand by that, but the rumors are reason to assign a slightly higher value than close to nothing.

i said i wanted to buy it at .004 to .005.
(still do, did not get those shares yesterday/after hours but you see what i said - the stock will correct to .004 to .005 when there is no news this week, and look, already nearing)

i do think it rose mostly on rumors - or well, emails from Ben to people and then people telling about/publishing those emails, the former a real thing, the latter unconfirmable and hence a rumor. its a rumor to me that ben wrote those emails, one that i believe, but not something i know happened for sure. the people who got the emails buying created upward pressure on first hand knowledge of the CEOs hopes, lets be generous and call these sincere hopes "not rumors", but i am guessing direct email recipients are not the bulk of the buying. so it went up on rumors - people reacting to other people claiming the CEO said he was hopeful about something.

maybe it went up on some secret information we dont know about, but it did go up, it does not look like it just reversed on its own in a vacuum, and there are rumors floating, so i attribute the increase to them.

those who are expecting news this week will likely be disappointed i speculate for reasons enumerated earlier. if yall have made them impatient by creating unreasonable expectations, some will want to exit their positions.

meanwhile, we have rumors of deals. and a great product that pays off in two years and you would have to be a fool not to buy it.

and lots of buyers who are apparently fools cause they have even promised to buy it but have not done so.

we have prior press released confirmed deals that subsequently did not happen, so re hopes of a forthcoming deal getting paid for, you know, count your chickens with a hatchet or whatever they say

i am not saying i think this rumored big deal will NOT materialize, but i also find it very hard to convince myself it is the most likely outcome. they dont have the most shining track record of closing deals and actually getting paid.

also someone pointed out GDGI banked a whole $50k according to a press release. well, the release says they got a confirmed purchase order, not a check.

when the financials come out, they are gonna show 2 million in debt to EZ english and 1 million in debt to others, i hope with a note speculating the ez english will be dismissed

that still leaves no revenue (or 50k but i am betting that did not come through. wasnt it before the "we did not get paid" announcement?) and a million in debt

leaving a reasonable person to wonder, well, how come this fantastic product has not ALREADY succeeded and has anything changed with regard to what has been impeding its success?

sadly, i cant think of a good answer.
discussing this with all of youse has made me doubt my long term optimism a little and i begin to wonder if it is not irrational.

everything i know about it makes me think it should succeed except for one thing: it has not suceeded and i dont know why.

those financials are gonna clear the Caveat Emptor, but they are not going to say anything new and encouraging, just the same bad news that was in them before, compounded by time

everyone who is in the stock should already know all this. if you are seeing this and being surprised (or increduluous and despite someone just posting the figures from teh march 10q, have to wait until the financials come out confirming what i said) take heart in knowing that many people, and i would hope anyone with a big block of stock, already knows this bad news and is expecting it and its priced in.

now here is what i would like yall to do. trade at .0055 to .0065 today, .005 to .006 tommorrow, .004 to .005 friday when there is no news.

see the financials next week? week after? and watch the stock yoyo around from the combination of horror at their financial situation and continued lack of success combined with relief that at least now its the devil you know and there is no Caveat Emptor to discourage people.

hold when we get the good news (wait for it. 2 weeks, a month? a year even? for 10 to 1? not bad.) and dont sell at less than .055.
