Advice of Counsel Defense

IMHO, Rmabus didn't have to drop the "advice of counsel defense", because they never intended to use this as a defense. This was a strategic manuever so that they could get Dan Johnson on the stand to testify. First they had to make it appear they didn't want him deposed by Hynix...when in fact that was what Stone wanted all along. He just wanted to make sure that they didn't further waive the ACP into time periods outside what was narrowly defined in VA.

Apparently, there are still people who don't understand how Stone manuevered this whole situation to get what they wanted...Dan Johnson on the stand to explain what really happened.
