It was quite a shocker to hear that Rambus had to drop the advice from council defense regarding the Document Retention Policy.
And Tate was quite reluctant on the stand. There were way too many 'I don't remember' from him. He didn't sound like an innocent bystander.
Then there was Karp. The person who got Rambus 'Battle Ready' long before the DRP was stopped.
There wasn't any smoking gun, but plenty of gunsmoke.
However I do tend to agree with you that Rambus will come out of this alive. No fatal shot was fired.
