I would like to believe theory #4 or #5, and probably most here who are invested are hoping for this as well. It just doesn't seem likely though with the most recent series of events. I can handle incompetence as it relates to something taking longer than originally promised, but the latest round of excuses just don't sit right with me and certainly doesn't make any logical sense. The practical side of me says this is a scam, but to your point and several others here, what's the objective of this scam if they continue to admit failure and they don't pump and dump or dilute? Could it be theory #6, that this is a scam that went awry, and there is no technology whatsoever but because of the eyes of the SEC and or AMF on them, they are giving us the impression they're trying but failing and ultimately setting the stage to announce "we tried but failed due to ______ reasons" and officially close shop?
