PLEASE HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!!
I was talked into purchasing this stock from a friend, back when it was in the $0.016-0.018 range. I just got laid off, and withdrew all of my 401k (15 years worth) to buy this stock. I put ALL my trust in him, since I figured (at that time) I have nothing to lose at this point (which I know was a LOT more than nothing, since my 401k was actually EVERYTHING I had left), and he has made me some money in the past on these pink sheet stocks...
I sat in this stock until the FAKE PR was released about the partnership with Kinross. I PLANNED on selling out later that day for a VERY small profit (just wanted to at LEAST make my money back, since I was getting scared continuing to hold this POS). I've been reading all the SRGE message boards EVERY day since I got in. Anyway, I simply got away from my computer for about an hour (the day of the fake PR release), then came back ready to place a sell order for this and GET OUT for good...well, just in that incredibly small time period, the news was released by KINROSS DENYING ANY PARTNERSHIP, and it dropped all the way down to the $0.005s. I should have just took my HUGE losses at that point and sold out, but decided to hang on...
Then the SEC suspension happened a day later, so was obviously forced to hold throughout the holidays (still reading all of the SRGE message boards everyday) until the 14th.
Well, here we are now on the Grey market, and I'm still holding...not knowing WTF TO DO?!!!!!
Does any REAL person here have any REAL advice for me? I've already lost over $20,000 and can't really afford to lose anymore since its basically my life savings. IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT SRGE IS NOT A SCAM, AND THAT THEY WILL UPDATE THE SHAREHOLDERS WITH A REASONABLE EXPLANATION ABOUT THE WHOLE FAKE JV WITH KINROSS, AND POSSIBLE BE REINSTATED BACK ON THE PINK SHEETS? OR SHOULD I TAKE MY INCREDIBLE LOSSES AND SELL OUT HERE FOR ALMOST A 900%-1000% LOSS?
