Promotions aren't illegal to my knowledge. What bothers me is when these scum knowlingly promote a company (and I use that term loosely) that is nothing more than a share selling scam and has no intention of following through on ANYTHING the promotion claims.



But that's what I-hub offers/sells, a place where scummy promoters can peddle their promos to "investors."
