Thank you for your email. The time frame depends on several different things, such as type of filing, length of filing, and neatness of the filing. Of course HTML is done before XBRL, so it also depends on how soon someone can approve the filing to move on to XBRL formatting.
To ensure filings are done quickly we only accept filings that are complete ( only formatting changes can be made, and are submitted as one document) and all tables are created using excel files that are pasted into the document. ( not embedded or images ) We also provide our clients with HTML templates to decrease editing times.
If you provide us with a neat 10q with minimum formatting to be done we could have the HTML portion completed and back to you for approval in as little as an hour.

For an average size 10 Q the XBRL ( detailed tagging ) can take from 4 hours -24 hours.
So Eric and HH is able to time the 10 Q to Friday afternoon
