I truly believe the timing of the filing is out of HHSE hands. I asked Eric on Monday if we were ready to go, his responce:

As for Edgar -- we submitted the docs to MacReport Media on Friday and they are doing the processing. I don't know how long it takes for them to be formatted into XBLR and posted once they upload to Edgar. But we've done our part of the project.

So I asked MacReport Media this:
After a filing is received by MacReport Media how long does it take for it to be posted ? The responce:
