I don't understand why you are wasting your precious time and bothering with MacReport. No amount of response from MacReport's end would change the reality of HHSE management operating style. These are questions and concerns management should have addressed when they first engaged MacReport a few months ago. Eric should have already had these questions answered, a strategy formulated and ducks lined up when he put out the year's end deadline statement. If it's not glaringly obvious that Eric is lying, I don't know what else is. Why would any responsible CEO promise an Edgar filing by year's end and then wait until the very last business day of the year to complete the first step in an involved (for a first time filer) workflow process is beyond me. Eric knew that simply uploading the file to MacReport wasn't the final step to be EDGAR approved. He knew it first had an pass an exhaustive editing/formatting and approval process with MacReport (that could take days since this is the first go-round for HHSE), AND then finally accepted by the SEC, which could take more days. Eric is either not the sharpest guy or is blatantly lying. At this point, we need to demand that Eric presents shareholders proof the file was uploaded. We need to have this management team be more accountable. They've behaved in such manner because we've been mostly trusting.
