Here is something else to think about. In beginning of this year (2012) I sent about 1/2 dozen emails to SEC stating that since 2008 PPTL did not file any 10K reports and that all attempts to contact officers lead to a wall. I told SEC I believe the officers had abanded their post and ask if there was a way a group of some stock holder can take over. Sure enough about 2 months later all missing 10 Ks were filed (From what I heard - didn't look into this yeat. Didn't have time). I also heard that a women is now in charge but I don't know her name, number or address. I believe if you read postings from April of 2012 on, one of the posting has this person name on it.
