Remember, at least at this still early point in enterprise TPM adoption, an enterprise is likely to start with a pilot, as I believe Papa Gino has, and if they like it, will continue their TPM implementation as they upgrade their PCs in their regular replacement cycles.
So, IMO, immediate term, expect implementations to begin with pilots. The scale will change as the platform becomes more widely adopted, and later when the technology is mainstream, "pilots" will morph into full current replacement cycle implementations.
