Why would I apologize? At the time I was complaining about the site, it was operating illegally. Since then the BOD has voted to sanction the site as its own. I haven't checked to see if any of the court ordered retractions are still published there but if they are then MSX will get sued. And if IMET checks into the history of the site MSX will be fined and possibly halted. Thanks Rover.
