"MCIC has to bring MONEY or KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE to be a good partner"

In regards to MCIC, not every business deal is based on "what can one bring". Sometimes a "good partner" is someone that one can trust to get the jobs done and rolling substantial size business deals into a shell can result in an exteme explosion in PPS. What is gained and who gains it?????????
