FYI,New-North is construction SECTOR..OIL/GAS is totally-different-sector

New North is NOT in the OIL/GAS exploration business, their clients, only coincidentally, are oil/gas because thats ALL the business that construction is doing in BC............very sparsely populated...., some small residtl projects get done, but there is no resdntl BOOM in BC

all the oil sands projects house their workers in temp dorms >>>>> ON SITE

NNC is a contractor, Dawsons Creek is 12.000 people, they do have a pending HYDRO project that BC Hydro could get approved......NNC could be an excavation contractor possibly,

BUT NNC is NOT interested in another HAND(MCIC) in their current projects profit jar

MCIC has to bring MONEY or KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE to be a good partner
