As of today, WSRA does not own the Azurite Mine properties - they are still owned by the Whartons. Call Ms. Brooke M. Shaffer at the Yavapai Co. Assessor's Office - 928-442-5189 - she will confirm that there has been no recent sale of either of the Wharton's two properties (205-14-253 and -257). And the on-line database is apparently linked to the actual database, so it is as current as can be.

Why would WSRA claim to have bought the property when they haven't? Surely they wouldn't lie about such an easily verifiable thing?! Are you sure they don't just have an option or some kind of agreement in place to develop the mine?
