They may have an option, or an agreement to mine the property. But in their last report WSRA, stated that roads were being put in, so unless WSRA, stated out right lies, but I doubt that? Altough WSRA states, that they "ACQUIRED THE PROPERTY IN THE EARLY PART OF TH 3RD QUARTER OF 2012". That is their statement not GDSM. So post your concern on WSRA, or E-mail WSRA? WSRA, also states that they bought the property in their "SHAREHOLDER" letter of Sept 30, 2012. So take it up with WSRA, if you doubt WSRA>

That would be publicly lying gitreal and I don't believe Western Sierra would do this. Maybe the paperwork isn't filed or something, but I don't see them lying about this.
