Thats because whiz kid (CFO) who was terminated from his last job with Evcarco is handling the filings. Everyday that passes proves how stupid these folks really are! Just thankful I walk in my trust worthy shoes and not theirs. You never can tell what one might do when thousands are stolen from you.
