Ummm let me see, to take from the A/S to dilute into the O/S, yeah thats generally how it works, but hey wait a minute, they never filed any S 1-8 forms, so what does this mean? They are basically diluting illegal shares, yeah a scheduled D commonly refered to as a 504, and you know what else the SEC is HALTING/SUSPENDING trading on these kinds of POS companies, its comeing. JMO.
