Jorge I am left confused once again by your post ...

I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds the latter comment disturbing ...firstly you state that you have title under your name and then proceed to state that there is still a possibility that the counterparts whom I presume you mean Barrick or their counsel may still have a chance of producing something to the courts ...

Why would you write this, unless there was a possibility of that happening ...you have again brought a "Cloud of Uncertainty" to the investors of Mountainstar Gold !!
