Uh read it again it was for 50k not 500k and he only sold $39k worth .

Last time I checked 504's are legal per sec and you can raise up to 1 million with them if you properly file which he did - he only got a fraction of that ....just be glad he got "someone" to buy in... as far as AGS being the recipient of these after analysis I dont think we are going to get a dime from them...every company I have read that was to receive funds from them - it never appears on their balance sheets from all the financials I have read...I think it was a buxxxxxx move. I hope I am proved wrong.
