I never thought we would see any money from AGS. It was about as real as the 100 Million LOI from last year.

Never said 504's were illegal, just that they have been under SEC scrutiny in the past - nearly modified, because micro cap stocks regularly use them to "legally" profit off of the share structure, often resulting in excessive dilution.
