Leasing a warehouse is wasting money? Ever wonder if they signed a lease and now are making their TI's (Tenant Improvements)? I'm in corporate real estate and would consider myself an expert on the subject. Companies don't lease space and move in the next day. They took time to negotiate a lease, and now that its signed, they are most likely taking care of the TI's prior occupying the premises. They are taking the normal steps in the process. As for the fins, read today's PR. That tells it all - ICNB is more transparent then any company I've seen on the OTC. Welcome to the pre-party...the main event is yet to come. Clearly the company is in the final stages of setting up all the fun events for the big party.
