I contacted the realty company who leased the property, they said that the property is under a lease but they were not allowed to disclose the name of the lessee. Wonder why? Paying something like $4K per month (as it was posted here before) for an empty space when they (Rich & Co) thru their IR are saying that still more time for the filings and who knows how long to start operation makes no sense at all. Empty warehouses are everywhere, why wasting that money now???
