Don't forget that AFTER the DTC chill was removed, the SEC charged Fairhills Capital with an illegal scheme to sell unregistered, non-exempt stock in 100 PK companies. Mark Newbauer admits that MIKP was one of those companies.

IMO, the DTCC will likely end up chilling the stock again, possibly with the much more serious Global Lock (suspension of all services except custody).
