We can blame the SEC all we want whether they took 1 or 2 years to suspend MIKP at the end of the day Mark was doing some questionable stuff and it got his current shareholders screwed. Simple fact is if Mark had been doing everything correct from the start we would not be in this situation. They're are many pink sheet companies out there that this doesn't happen to. Think of it this way why did MIKP get chilled was the DTCC wrong too. Mark has been warned by both agencies put in place to control fraud on the public market. Or they both getting it wrong. I'm a loyal shareholder and I believe in what MIKP has to offer but this is Marks fault!! Not the SEC or DTCC. The only thing I care about now is can this be corrected and will Mark learn his lesson and walk the straight and arrow?
