Why would two companies with no revenue as you claim enter a merger? There would be nothing to gain for either side. I know there are a lot of people here that will claim otherwise as they are such good Samaritans but most folks I know in the real world only work for the purposes of generating income. That said there must be value from one or the other or perhaps the synergy created by both together. In any case I am sure it's not to sell shares from a locked O/S and tightly held float of under 20m. Lol!! If so they need to go back to scammer school! I think they were absent the day they went over how to sell shares into a PR campaign. Lol!
