How much, exactly, is a company with no real revenue worth when it merges with another company with no real revenue? Is it logical to accept that the act or pr alone is of any value to real investors? Is it not prudent to ask, where is ANY proof CWS has revenue of significant value to APII/WAFR investors? Remember folks, an S-1 is a registration of shares, meaning there will be more shares availablr to sell. Also, an S-1 must contain detailed info, this will THEN expose the lack of real revenue from both CWS and NEEL. This, my friends, is why APII/WAFR biz associates and third party promoters must promote the event rather than the content. Dog, lookin forward to the S-1
