Most folks who folow pinkys know that 99% turn out to be scams, APII/WAFr is billboard type example. Mergers, aquisitions, LOI's Pr's are just fodder to promote the sale of shares to less informed investors. The problem now for ASPII/WAFr, it seems, they are having trouble locating those less informed due to the huge amount of factual DD which has been made available. Look for the S-1, it will expose what is, or perhaps more appropriatly, what is not! Dog
