Exactly pick, I told this board the 165 Rule change was a saving-grace for the shareholders of WMIH and now in the audited statement they basically say "NO RESTRICTIONS!"

When a fish has almost been landed the PPS will go up on the scuttebutt, but not until then. It may be a slow 5% a day uptick, but it will happen. Not even the Fed Government can stop the leaks.

We seen this play out many times during this BK. Same thing will happen here. Maybe by Nov 15.. We will see soon.
