The first is with the Dec 20th AdCom & then the Feb 2nd PDUFA date. These dates will soon be upon us as we are within 90 days of the ADCOM mtng.

HEB..$.77 Bottoming out here from this week. People clearing positions. Get all of the issues out on the table now so this can start to move up again. That is how trading is. Very cyclic. Remember ARNA & the rat issues? Was a 50/50 shot as people kept saying no way will it get approved. It's not efficacious enough. VVUS..Lorcaserin was the same way. Worked great but too many toxicities. If the FDA is doing their job then they will find a way to get Ampligen to patients since there is not another agent to treat CFS for another 5-7 yrs.
