OT: I have a solid post upcoming tonight/early morning to debunk any notion other than the fact that HEB is being taken very seriously by the FDA. Will take me time but it should be ready tonight/early am. HEB is one of those stocks where all aspects of approval must be taken into consideration. The changes implemented by the FDA in 2012 are an important aspect of that & in my view even more important than the data discussion regarding HEB. More later.

Housecleaning note...It is important that people on the thread leave the personal attacks or accusations regarding HEB or any stock (for that matter) off of our board. It's important to focus on the DD! That is what makes this a quality board & personal attacks don't allow for this & won't be allowed. Everyone has opinions whether you like them or not & there are a lot of opinions I read that I don't like nor agree with. Has not kept us from being successful here. Opinions make a market and is what makes for discussion on a stock. People can agree to disagree but the market always wins. I just say to be logical and provide DD with what you find. You will be wrong sometimes but the goal is to do your homework to work to be right more so then wrong. The goal is to take calculated & Educated risks to increase your % of success.
What is important here is to make your points and back them up with facts. We will continue to do that here on this thread. Appreciate it. Thx!
