Fine, I can assure you there is no exemption for a 10% owner as a registered insider unloading his shares over a couple years without form 4's. Shareholders have a right to know these transactions that is one reason why these security laws exist. His perogative to sell is not questioned by any one. If he is doing so he just needs to file appropriately.

However I agree I will not assume security law requirements mean he is not one of the primary sellers. A party with a lot of shares has obviously unloaded many here. All IMO
