I'm saying that his reporting requirements are his responsibility and no one else's. It really doesn't matter to me if his outlook has changed and he is selling, or if he is choosing not to complete the required filings. That's between him and the SEC.

I'm also saying that there are exemptions mentioned in the regs that we haven't covered here. Mide stated that Clark was a stickler for filing, yet I showed an example where he unloaded 2 million shares and there was no Form 4 filed.

We've seen the company correct missed filings of certain officers and directors in the past, and we've seen Leinwand make a mistake on one of his filings (which he corrected when I pointed it out to him), and now we've seen what appears to be missed filings by both Clark and Maguire. Perhaps there's more to the story than we are aware of.
