Well thanks Warp so if he is selling and is required to report you would say with his keen awareness of investment law it would not be simple oversight?

Regardless if he (Maguire) is selling or has sold I think the requirements for form 4's is fairly clear as he was/is a 10% holder/insider. In any event it is all a matter of conjecture as the two reports filed if accurate would indicate he sold some 20+ million shares.

No need to discuss this more thoroughly but I think he may be the primary seller while you think its Clark? Perhaps one day we will see the filings to let us know? ALL IMO
