Confuscious, how can you say ECDC has the edge when they don't have the money ? According to this IBM, ECDC are not working together & that is why Kay pulled the his info on trying to get a Patent, because he realized someone else being IBM has big pockets. With the comma between IBM & EarthSearch to me means they are both working in Africa.
