They most certainly do pay themseleves in almost all Cash along with some stock. Here is the post showing the 10K and it is very clear how much was in cash and how much in stock comepnsation.

Maybe you should read the 10K more carefully it is quite clear salaries are paid in cash and past due salaries are paid back in stock compensation.
