Agreed, I stated this a few days ago and people actually believe it is deserved. The fact is nobody can run a company like this in the real world, only in the pinks can a person pay themselves a 6 figure salary on a sinking ship of a company. In the real world you would have been fired for paying out a half a million in pay compensation while running this in the hole another $4 million for the year adding to the accumulated deficit of $28.5 million since inception.

Now here is something that sticks out like a sore thumb, when you read the filings there is an entry for stock compensation for $165,068. Strange that it is not carried down to the stock compensation area as it is required to be. See instead of $535,690, the total of compensation for the year is actually $700,758. I would expect an amended 10K out of that as it is clearly not an error as it is also down in both the Consolidated Statement of Operations and the Consolidated Statement of Cashflows.
