There are 11 ”full time” employees covered under the $550k of salaries. It looks to me like the stock compensation was recorded as salary per the explanation of salaries and that was for past due salaries to the amount of $195k for Roy AND Kee with no stock compensation recorded for 2012. Where is the cash compensation to Roy? Looks to me like the remaining $350k is used to compensate 9 other employees.
