Say's on their web page issued Patent. That tells me that they have an issued patent.

several Patent pending, that tells me that they have applied for patent's with an (S) more than one. It does not say if the patents they have applied for are design patents or an utility patents.It also does not indicate what country they are applied in. I am unable to find any filings in Nevada that indicate anything about any patents at all. I suspect there was never any of the above unless they can indicate differently. as I said, a perfect class action suit. I am stuck in the high .005's and would not be if I knew they did not have any patent issued. This BS about removing one that they filed is a joke. Most likely it was disapproved. IMO
