IMHO the common shareholders have no choice at this juncture but to FLUSH out FH by pushing for the 300 registered shareholder threshold so that the financials can be made public. I just wish that I had the free time to spearhead that effort. Unless FH pulls a rabbit out of his hat this pps has nowhere to go except down.

The turning point for me is FH publicly talking about his interest in getting off the pinks (and even providing target dates) over a 2 year period and then slipping back with lame excuses like it will cost too much. >>>>> IF it will cost too much then he clearly has a cash flow problem so all of the hype of dramatic growth in sales (not profits) has been misleading IMO.

IMO we need to cross the 300 threshold and force financial disclosure. His attorney would most likely do all of the dirty work for us (to remain in SEC compliance). Otherwise this CEO will continue to play games in the non-reporting world.

After examining the facts from the latest SHM I now do NOT have faith that FH will exploit a sub-sub-penny pps by doing a buy-back. If I did I'd hang on for a year or two. His continued 'dilution' actions over the past 2 years (while PRing about a buy-back) clearly indicates that he is not concerned about dilution and that he is DECEPTIVE. He probably has an r/s in mind at the end of the road...all of which is perfectly legal.

I hope I'm wrong because I still own a large chunk of shares in CTKH. However that is how I see the cards falling after the recent SHM. FH MUST know that the SHM was a FLOP. He himself SCRIPTED out the SHM AGENDA. He obviously does not care about the PPS or DILUTION at this point in time. So the question is WHY? An r/s would quickly RESET his world in 2006 or 2007. And he knows it very well. He has been there and done it! We need financial disclosure so that some of us can MOVE ON if the financial data is weak or even a joke.
