The DRMS and CGFI both have stated that the items listed in your post and their correspondence, numbered 2, 3 & 4, have not been addressed yet because the information was not available from the Clear Span company. (stated as not submitted in the DRMS correspondence)
Those three items really all deal with the same thing, the "Tailings Repository".
As soon as the data is submitted to the DRMS, 3 items should be gone.

The pipeline question arose because CGFI placed the equipment, for recovery of a buildup of water in the repository during emergency situation, in a different location. So the DRMS wants details on the new path of the pipeline. That is really all there is to that question. "How and where are you going to put this pipe?"

The substrate information may require a few test borings or trenches to gather data. (if it isn't in CGFI or K-P's hands already.)

These 5 items should not be viewed as extremely complex questions, because they are not. They can and will be dealt with ASAP, considering they constitute the remaining items in a long struggle to succeed where so many others have failed.

I'm not intending to attack you at all, Markie, I just wanted to present a little more detail on the items needed to get the repository underway. So please don't take this post in any way as a rebuttal.

Oh, one last thing. The DRMS has indicated that the repository will be dealt with as a "Technical Revision" (TR) not an "Amendment" (AM). That puts it into a different process than what CGFI just went through. It should be a much simpler procedure, and much quicker by comparison.
