The following is my understanding of Wally's letter to CGFIA (8-9-12) regarding unresolved issues with the mill . . .

1. The DRMS has questions about substrate stability for the MTR and ClearSpan building.

2. Structural concerns about the ClearSpan building: A) snowload; B)county code requirements; C)details about anchoring system for ClearSpan.

3. The DRMS has questions about using the MTR before the ClearSpan is in place. (I am not aware CGFIA wants to use the MTR before the ClearSpan is complete.)

4. DRMS needs design and engineering info. about waste pipeline from MTR to Leach Plant.

5. The DRMS needs to approve design details for MTR and approve waste pipeline before the warranty bond can be reset. Once the warranty bond is reset then construction can begin.

This should outline for everybody what is next on the agenda.
