I agree with you MT. I was just trying to put this in perspective. Some seem to think construction will start next week. Guyer has now jumped through all the big hoops now. None of these five tasks are difficult or hard to complete.
I found "TR" vs. "AM" interesting. If they combine all these issues together they might have to submit a new AM. If they tackle each issue, one at a time, then its a TR. Is that how you understand it?
