If the reverse Merger goes through; Inplays will hold a small percentage; I was just told that the "Small Percentage" would be Equal to or Greater than Monies EARNED if Eagle Oil Didn't do the Reverse Merger! Why; Because Eagle oil would have to PAY the Operator if they Went into Production Themselves!!! Eagle Does NOT HAVE N O OVER HEAD when COLLECTING the Share Obtained after the Spinoff!!!
