I did more research on the case law. In GA you do not need to commit a bank account fraud to be charged with one. Only someone had to have given you a bad check that you cashed. So lets not start jumping until we get the facts.

You are absolutely on the money.there may be other reasons we don't know. Is it not strange for such a minor issue. From what I have seen there is always more to this stories that we read so. Its happened to me before so, I know what I am talking about.
