Whether he was convicted or not doesn't mean he wasn't really guilty of the charge. We all have seen such cases where the defendant walks free when they were guilty as charged.

The thing that sticks out to me the most, whether convicted or not, was the fact he was charged with such crimes. You typically won't be charged with such unless there was a reason to be.
