Hector,

Appears you have been here since the beginning and the most knowlegdable. Can you help me understand how will the issuance of stock for 995 work? I understand the pro rating % but how will it be determined who has real shares. IDWS can't issue 995 shares to owner's of IDWS shares that don't exist. ie the naked shorted shares.
